Our Fabricland in WIndsor has two locations and they regularly stock waterproof cotton ( which is a sturdy cotton -almost like a canvas and is very waterproof) and also have rip stop nylon in a variety of colours. Both are sold by the metre and had a varity of colours in stock. They also sell smaller gauge shock cords as well as poly webbing in colours to match. Both Windsor stores have it in different locations but ask the staff and they can tell you where they are located in the store. They can also order in specific colours is needed.
