Ask about the kit again - probably less than one month ago. I'll bet the Cdn prices are bouncing all over the place daily.

I'm sure Noah's can order the kit from CLC and will let you lock in a price.

As far as I know, this is the only way to get a CLC kit shipped into Canada.

It's worked well for me with an early SIS kit and great support from Mr. Harris and crew.
