Unfortunately, no water bottles were in the stern. I wish it was that!

I'm sure some of the water was coming through the hatch, but the second day we resealed it quite well but still ended up with the same amount of water.

And, you're right, the fact that there are stains in the cockpit points to a more pervasive problem.

Looks like I'll be re-'glassing the chine as that seems to be where the water is coming in...even though the water was all in the stern the water stains are all down the boat. This is so depressing!
