Progress..Cape Charles 17
Posted by Kyle Lindstrom on Sep 13, 2007
I'm posting this again because I screwed up and it ended up attached to another message that I was reading. Sorry for the mistake.
Well here are a few pictures of my progress on my Cape Charles 17. I decided that I didn't want to epoxy the wires in the seams so I just put epoxy between the wires on the exterior and interior of the hull. On the exterior I used a thickened epoxy and on the interior I used only slightly tickened epoxy. I put the hull in the front yard to take a few pictures and as soon as I put it down my Sheltie named Riley instantly had to jump in and sit down. So he got the first test ride.
Now I need to to the internal seams.....wet on wet as discussed in other posts.
