That's the sprit sitting on the seats. The boom is folded up against the mast. I bring the peak of the sail down to the clew, forming a triangle, then roll the sail tightly against the mast and wind the still-rigged snotter and mainsheet around the bundle to hold everything fast. That's been our traveling scheme for years and I can be rigged in minutes.
