Mill Creek hatches?

As I eagerly anticipate the impending delivery of my Mill Creek 16.5 kit, a question occurs to me: I've ordered the additional "Mill Creek Hatch kit", but I'm unclear whether this will allow installation of flush hatches, or regular, or both. Even after reading the on-line and print catalog, I'm not clear about this.

I am actually undecided which way I would go, if it allows either. But that decision could be made for me. Insights?
