Adam, Your photo does not show the profile view of the bow and stern. Chesapeake has a nearly plumb stern and moderately sloped bow. You may want to look at the "lines drawings" of each CLC model on this website to get a better idea what you've got.

You may be able to use the existing hatches with a new perimeter of foam tape and the addition of standard Chesapeake hatch hold down straps.

I agree with Laszlo on being built from plans, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
