MAS and System3

I'm on the 3 yr plan for my 17lt and finally closing in. It came with a System 3 kit and I'm running out of epoxy. Not from over use but from finding other uses such as restoring a canoe, repairing skis, etc. It looks like the MAS is the standard shipping material these days. The kit packaging (price point) is appealing. Does it matter switching over?
