More than one company

Sterns makes 'em, Sospenders makes 'em, West marine has them plus several others. Auto inflate PFD's are quite common in the sailing world.

On our 25 foot sailboat, we use a pair of SoSpenders with built in harnesses so we can clip our tethers on to the boat when working out of the cockpit offshore or at any time one of us is sailing the boat alone with the other asleep.

One thought though- the self inflating PFD's are pretty heavy things to wear- you do have to get used to having the weight on you,
