Hi,

Just a heads up... At least one company (see the link below) offers an automatic inflatable PFD. Laszlo is ABSOLUTELY right... It's the crazy stuff that will get you... Like the time that you slip on the loading ramp and hit your head and roll into the water, or the time that you get tangled in your own fishing line and roll a kayak... I live on Cape Cod, and we hear these stories ALL the time. Usually, other boaters, the fire dept, or the USCG comes to the rescue... Not always. When I hit the water, I want a PFD that's either going to float me by its very nature, or automatically inflate.
