Chris and Paul I have been trying to keep the weight down. My first fillet( the keel) is not the best, the chine fillets are a bit better. I didnt catch on to masking until the bulkheead fillets they are a bit better. I have only glassed the bottom and half way up the sides and didnt intend to glass the deck except the coaming. Why do you need to glass the deck?

I'd like to send a photo but cant see how to do it.( I dont have a website) Without the deck it last weighted 12.5 Kgs (27.5lb) I dont know what weight it will end up with a deck, coaming, rudder and paint.
