Re: Protecting Skerry bot

Christopher,
Where are you in the Northwest? My Skerry and I are in Missoula, MT.
The lakes I sail on have very rocky shorelines. I touch up the bottom once per season or so. I am real careful how I land. I usually get out of the boat and wade when I get to the ankle-deep depth contour. Then I pull out my cheap square floatation seat cushions and place them on the shore to drag the boat up onto when I want to beach it.
