I imagine most people will go for the Sapele deck. Our completed display models have the Sapele decks; the all-okoume model would be the same honey-blond color all the way around. Our 12 has the optional VCP hatch, with people seem to either love or hate. Our 10-footer has the standard flush aft hatch.
