Paul, if you haven't already seen it, there is a Links page on this website, which has links to several very good weblogs which detail building the CLC boats including the PMD. The pictures are good, and the reading is educational and often entertaining.

Your enthusiasm for this project is fantastic. Keep it alive! Enjoy the entire process. - Ron
