I have the deck where I want it epoxy-wise. Glass weave is just filled and it's sanded smooth. I don't want to sand down any further(into the weave) and don't really want to add another layer or two to sand later. The onlay thing is an after-thought that I can do without, but if it's not tooooo complicated........ Thus, my thoughts about trying to get away with placing it under just the varnish ?
