Professional seamen who know the ways to call your job a salvage job and will often charge a fee so high you will be actually be signing your title away for a tow.

Never ever accept a line from a tow boat until you know if they will charge you salvage fees. Many 'professionals' are unscrupulous. Salvage fees could be as high as $300 per foot.
