my suggestion is don't bother. It won't affect handling.

Filling in with clear epoxy will be as obvious (aesthetically jarring) as the flat spot and won't address your abilty to see it on the inside.

If you want to make the keeline fair by building up the hollow then go whole hog using light fairing compound and paint the bottom panels to cover the mess.

Filling low spots with clear epoxy doesn't work well. It's one thing to fill a stitching hole but it doesn't work for filling large areas.
