I don't think many epoxy sellers would recommend spraying. I KNOW the Gougeons discourage it with WEST Sys epoxy.

Heating the resin in a microwave then mixing, sounds like a recipe for disater to me. I'd think that sooner or later you'd get a cup full of hardened mess. I'd certainly never try it and I've been working with various epoxies since 1976.

It's just simply to easy to do the epoxy work with other methods, to even bother with that.
