Shawn, The manual says to make 2 forms, about 1/3 of way in from each end, that match the curvature. I found the deck to be surprisingly rigid and was able to handle it solo. The 2 supports seemed like plenty of support. I applied significant pressure with my Proprep carbide scraper (round tipped blade) to smooth the inside with no concerns of damage.

Once removed from the forms you'll be surprised how strong and light it is.
