I think I've got it!

Let me see if I have this right: You take about 3" of the copper wire they give you, you match up the holes you drilled, thread the wire through and twist it LOOSELY. You tighten it up and make it right when you install the transoms and the bulkheads. Is that it?

I think it was the word stitch that was messing me up. In sewing, the stitch is the final part, the process that makes it clothing (or whatever). But this "stitch" is more like pinning things together before you sew it. We all come from different backgrounds when we approach this project and CLC is easily forgiven for not taking ALL of them into account.
