I had fretted about building the Mill Creek 16.5 due to its width. I have a 30"X28" window in my basement shop. I even made a cardboard template of the boat's profile at its widest and still doubted if it would slip through. I'm happy to say that, before glassing the hull, we pushed her through this morning with room to spare. Even enough room for rub rails later on. Option 2 involved hammers and drywall tools. Hope the image comes through.
