Oars for Chester Y.

My yawl is set up for fixed seat rowing, and I plan to use it primarily for solo fishing and exploring. Is the height of the rower a consideration when ordering oars? I'm over 6'. I also need a second set of oars for much smaller family members. All advice is welcome. This is a pretty expensive last step that I want to get right the first time.
