would be to knock them down almost flush with the belt sander, then go back to the plane. Well hardened epoxy will dull a plane iron in just a short while. It can even chip it, forcing you to do a serious reshaping.
And next time, wipe the drips up BEFORE they cure so you don't have the problem. A paper towel wet with Lacquer thinner will take thenm right off while the epoxy is uncured.
