Are you speaking of the exterior gap between the panels where the panels meet on the inside edges?
For awhile I went to the effort of applying goop then sanding it down when cured but then I just put in a dry batch of epoxy goop and glassed right over it before it cured letting the wet out coat fill in the tiny cracks.
There's so much wood/goop/glasss on the inside that it's not a big deal.
