Thanks George, nice job.

I've been debating doing it that way rather than building forms, but it appears my deck--especially the bow-- has a smaller radius than you were working with. I expect it needs support all the way across to hold the curve all the way.

Has anyone tried forming the sandwich with a layer of 4 oz glass on the bottom side? That would reduce the springback (how much ??) and perhaps make it more predictable.
