It's very similar to the soft pad eye method shown on my CH16. I melted and flattened the free end of the web loops to more or less conform to the underside of the deck. The slots have been sealed with epoxy and are a tight fit. Pull the webbing through and seal the inside with an RTV (silicone) sealant.
