There's a double row of CNC-drilled holes for the bulkheads. I don't think they'd line up if you have the bow and stern reversed.

The bow and stern ends of the bottom panels are somewhat similar, but the bow end is much pointier.

In this drawing the bow ends of all of the parts are on the righthand side.
