Shearwater Hull Mating

Panels have been puzzled together, shear clamps attached and hull stitched together but it appears that I have managed to mate the two upper panels of the hull backwards to the lower panel (ie bow to stern and reverse on the other end) . Thankfully no seams have been filled or epoxied yet . Its easy to discern which of the upper panels are for the bow but what about the lower panels . How can i confirm my suspected mistake ?
