Old boat question

I have an older CH17 that I built in Alaska about 5 years ago. It's been around the block a few times, transported across country on top of my pickup, starting to show some wear and tear. Last summer I noticed what appears to be some delamination of the scarf-joints on the side panels (by the cockpit opening) under the fiberglass. Over the past year, the delamination hasn't gotten any worse. The glass and paint are still intact. Looking for ideas... Do I live with it? Attempt to make repairs? If so what type of repairs? Thanks for the input.
