The only problem with we'll buy a second boat just so we can avoid the mistakes on the first is it doesn't stop there. There will always be something you can improve on, or a different way to build one (hard chine, lapstitch, multi-chine), or just gotta have THAT one. It's addictive. As good as any drug I did years ago. Course I never inhaled......

And don't fret about fiberglass problems. There's nothing you can't fix. It's all a learning experience. Happy building.
