Something to chew on II

Doug thanks so much for your advice on river levels. I spent the weekend on the Brazos, I was certainly glad that I rented a plastic canoe. The river was running at 36 CFS. We probably walked a half mile of the 20 mile trip. One person brought their canoe and actually wore a hole through its plastic skin! I would have had a horrible time in my wooden yak. I would postpone my trip next time if the river is that low.
