Thanks for the feedback. Usually when you see a C-Dory with some form of dinghy, it's strapped on top and seems to ride well. In this case, the boat has an inboard, not outboard, a swim platform and not a good place to put a tender on top. My current thought is to beef up a couple spots on the bottom of the pram, put in a couple of connectors and support the pram from arms attached to the boat. Similar to what some people do with hard bottomed rubber dinghies. Anyway thanks for the reassuring comments.
