Left out something

I just remembered the last items memtioned as a "good" reason to register kayaks and canoes. The money could be used to dredge channels and maintain navigation signs etc...hmmm I draw 4 inches let the channel fill in, I use those large navigation lights all the time...NOT I use GPS and maps to navigate never needed an orange or green triangle to help me along
