kayak registration in Fla

FWC is attempting to register kayaks and canoes in Fla. This action is to raise money to build more concrete boat ramps. There is a meeting at the Dolphin resort at 4900 Gulf Blvd. in St. Pete Beach on this coming Thursday, Sept. 14, 2006 starting at 0900. Any who can show up to complain please do. Thank You
