2 adults in an Eastport?
Posted by John on Aug 25, 2006
Hello-
I'm looking at buying a used Eastport as my first sailboat and general messing-about craft. One of the daydreams I have involves taking short (2-3 hour) sails around the local lakes and bays with a passenger. We're both small-to-medium sized so weight isn't a concern, but I'm not so sure about how we'd actually fit. Is it even feasible to do a decent daysail with two people? Some of the pictures on the Eastport page show two people in the boat while sailing, but it's hard to read how well they're enjoying themselves. All feedback appreciated!
Thanks, John
