mid trip damage fixes
Posted by Mischa on Aug 4, 2006
Hi all, been away from the forum for some time but I’m finally getting to take the boat out for a multi day trip. Thus far I’ve only been taking it out for day trips.
My question is this: what equipment and techniques do you depend on for long distance trips to deal with any damage which may occur during your voyage.
I’ve heard good things about MAS rapid cure kits (http://www.masepoxies.com/mas5.htm). What do you think of these? Do you just sand down any repairs you effect with these later and refinish normally?
Thanks, Mischa
