How much graphite?

Hi builders

I laid down one coat of graphite/epoxy on my hull using West System's recommendation of up to 10% by volume, i.e., 1 tablespoon (15ml) of powder to 150ml of epoxy. It doesn't seem very black.

I don't think I'd do much harm if I doubled the amount of powder. Comments, please?
