I recently finished the Shearwater 16 hybrid...I did have to fuss with forms and shearclamps around the cockpit and aft bulkhead...took a shinto rasp to some of the notches in fact...I made it all fit and the boat looks and works great...the boat got a nice compliment from a fairly well known local designer/builder last night so it must of worked out ok. I would post more pictures but I have been having too much fun paddling it to get a camera out...your gonna love the way it moves.
