That fits my recollection, I was the first person to paddle it after it was built and took it out around Pier 7 on the South River, flat water, slight breeze with another Ches. Paddlers Assoc. member. Coincidentally he had a NBxl he had just finished. It had a stability curve that felt like what a single should be like and not like the typical double. If I and he leaned at the same moment only a brace would keep us up. Well rockered, turns well. Bill, what kind of waves have you been in with it and is the Feathercraft rudder deep enough?
