Okumefest Day 2

The festivities moved to the water, where it was very windy. In fact, it was so windy (sustained winds between 16 & 22 mph, gusts to 30) that the sailboats stayed ashore or went out as rowboats. Fortunately, there were lots of kayaks.

Kurt Maurer also gave a very informative talk called "Why I don't worry about UV affecting my deck". Note the total lack of concern by the other paddlers as Kurt drifts by upside down.
