Okoumefest Day 1

Today was the first day of Okoumefest. Today's events were held at the CLC headquarters. They included seminars on epoxy and varnishing, food and good company and an orange kitten (that's her natural color, not an industrial accident in the paintshop).

Here's a shot of John Harris himself showing us just how easy it is to varnish a kayak. He varnished that whole thing while giving us tips and answering questions from the spectators.
