Jimmy Skiff vs. passagema

Hi,

I'm interested in purchasing either the Jimmy Skiff or the Passagemaker Dinghy kit and would like to hear from others the perceived benefits/drawbacks of each of these crafts. I am interetsed primarily in using the finished product on local lakes for sailing/fishing with my wife and daughter.
