Honda and trailer
Posted by Nelson on Jun 7, 2006
Please forgive me if this seems like a foolish question, but my high school physics didn't stay with me...
I am building a Skerry and will be buying the Trailex trailer from CLC in order to haul it around. Given gas prices, the environment etc. I wondered if anyone thought it might be possible to pull the trailer and Skerry (which is quite light) w/ my 4 cylinder, manual shift, Honda Civic instead of my wife's minivan. The trailer CLC advertises is quite small and light as well.
Does anyone have any experience using a small car to pull a light boat and trailer or is that just a bad idea.
Thanks in advance for your help.
