Basic bungie setups have always been on every set of plans. Perimeter lines and other details have been in our Newsletter and on the website since about 1998, just two mouse-clicks away from this page on "Tips for Boatbuilders."

Perimeter line is standard on the Arctic Hawk.

I agree with Adam, perimeter lines and decklines of various layouts are really helpful even to the most casual paddler.
