The sawhorses must have been askew when you glued the hull.

Fear not. You've yet to put the frames in. The frames, and later the seats, will actually lock in the hull shape. (The hull shell in your photos is VERY floppy, you've noticed.)

Thus, take care that the hull is leveled before you fillet in the bulkheads. Strategic positioning of the sawhorses is probably sufficient to remove the twist. A purposefully placed weight can help, too.

This is just the way stitch-and-glue boatbuilding goes.
