Hi Tim> I know it's frustrating when this happens but it also happened to me. I found out later that the pump I was using wasn't working properly and I had a bad mix ratio. I no longer use the pumps and have had great sucess using measuring cups instead. I buy my measuring cups at either a Dollar Store or Dollar General and they work great.
