I put my coaming on all at once on my Sh17, and it worked great- very little cleaning up to do. What I did was drill some small diameter holes- two at the bow joint of the spacers, two at the stern joint, and one on either side. I then placed small sections of thin diameter dowels through the holes. Perfect alignment, easy clamping, and the dowel ends provide some nice accents on the top of the coaming. I don't know if others have tried this, but it worked GREAT for me. Good luck!!
