Try fixing it this way

I am not sure how it cracked but if it was my deck that cracked then I would use a big clamp to squeeze the crack closed after wetting the edges of the crack with unthickened epoxy. It is my bet that if you do it this way then you shouldnt really see any of the crack at all.
