Fairing striptop?

How fair is fair? I have planned and sanded and saned some more with an improvised fairing board. It looks smooth/fair but i can feel a few bumps where strips did not get as tight to the forms maybe. Seems like it would be tough to completely remove em...Not sure I want to sand more. Again, I cant see the humps now but when I finish...WILL THEY STAND OUT LIKE A SORE THUMB?
