Check out the book... Building the Greenland Kayak by Christopher Cunningham. If you have not allready... Very well written and informative. Covers more than just traditional kayak making... but also paddles, techniques and some of the gear that is generally associated with those boats. Really a nice read too. I think my next build will be an SOF and a feel like this book covers design and construction very well. Chris is also the editor of Sea Kayaker magazine.
